Phase 3 : Practice
Practice - Immediate application of new knowledge through practical exercises, case studies, simulations and other role-playing activities.
Phase 4 : Integration
Integration - Group feedback and individual debriefing sessions to promote awareness and anchoring of new skills. Defining an action plan to ensure immediate application in the professional sphere of newly-acquired knowledge and skills.
